Büttner needs to be a little blonder, and that's about it. Maybe make his eyes a little brighter as well.

Thank you for commenting guys! But i have some problems with my faces.
When i want to test they in game my FIFA crashes. Anyone knows how to fix that?

maybe that's because of the face and eyes rx3 files..
because i had the same problem when i installed Guarin_91's face before (i changed them with other player rx3 file and it works fine for me now)..
have you tried to applied the texture with CM before??
