As far as making a Juv kit goes, I really dont see any reason. Matbo has made them and they are class. I wouldnt do them any better then him..

These screen shot's with the shiny jersey's just made me realize what's different with the player's skin texture compared to 2003....the skin doesn't have the sheen to it. Remember 2003 ? All the players had shiny skin, they removed that for 2004. Just now noticed!
