I saw the video today . Is konami walking on EA steps or what ?! . The game looks the same but i'll buy it any way .

The movement is even more unrealistic and arcade in this new video.It's nice to have tribles but god,what happened to the slow realistic fluid movement of the players.Konami makes the same mistake again (as did with PES4) and the game is so fast pace.Seriously the movement now reminds me of Virtua Striker 2.Also the goalkeepers are still sh!ty.I remember back in the good days (speaking of ISS Pro,yeah let's go back in the days of PSX) where the goalkeepers were fantastic,you really should try hard to score a goal.Konami is becoming EA,therefore this year i'll give Fifa a chance.WE WANT A GAME TO PLAY,NOT A PATCH OF THE PREVIOUS VERSION.End of story,Konami is losing their way.PES is not THESE DAYS a soccer simulation.It's become a mix of arcade and simulation.Sadly but true.Bad move Konami,baaaaaaaad move.

Heh JOHN2GR and SIMPSON I'd do the same thing too if I was KONAMI. Use your head business wise man. It's david and goliath my friend, going up against the North American giant EA, why would I give you everything you want right now knowing that ps3 is just around the corner, no way. When ps3 comes out that's when I'd hit ya with the next level ish. Yes it would be nice to leave the ps2 era with a bang but why bother. They've delivered the goods and I believe they won't stop now, have some patience for the next gen.

The big hit???Nyaaaaaaaaaaaaah,they'll just push the graphics to a new level.The gameplay will be almost the same with the same flaws.All in all we can live and without the WE9,that's what i'm saying.One whole year Konami took their time to rest and give us the same game to get more money.NOW THAT'S EA TO ME.I might download it or rent it to see it but no way i'm gonna buy this (i have original PES3 :P ).Sorry Konami,better luck next year.
You can never expect a new gameplay from konami cuz they have the best .but you can see better graphics and tweaks for the game options .
I think I might skip PES this year and wait for the PS3 version next year which is were we will see major improvements in gameplay and graphics. From watching the video it doesn't really get me that excited. The animations seem the same, gameplay looks the same...basically this is more of an update with a few tweaks here and there. I'll obviously play the demo or rent the game to see what it's like but it doesn't look to be a massive improvement. Then again, I didn't expect PES5 to be a major improvement. PES6 is where we'll really see some kick ass changes!
