Want to change XP into Tiger OSX (skin)

I don't care if this is in the wrong forum or if it's been asked before, I've got over 6500 posts so bite me

So, how can I change my little Windows XP skin into a Tiger OSX mac skin. I know I'll probably need one of those programs but I'm not sure which one and I ain't going to go round finding one because last time I had one and it had more spyware than a....whatever.
