want to create new teams!

does somebody know any program where you can change the roster etc. Want to create new teams. I know there are ppl who creates new teams in the game and I wonder how?

As long as the creation centre isn't released you have to do it "the hard way", iow using the Uni DB database convertor from EA's db format to Microsoft mdb format and edit everything in Access, then convert it back.

You can google unidb and find out all you need to know about it, including where to get it.
