Mexico doing well so far.. bad call on the Heinze yellow, definitely should have been a red. FIFA is always worried about enforcing these rules but doesn't seem too concerned about ref consistancy....and I agree with Stunna, if it had been the other way around it would have been red, no doubt. Seems like some refs are easily pressured by the media and elsewhere to make sure the glamor teams go through.

We CAN win this, but if we dont and go out of the cup playing like this... it wont be as bad, our Mexican players are playing their hearts out, thats all we asked for. Arriba Mexico! :rockman:

Heinze should be off the pitch, but these things happen.

One of the best first halves of football in the WC so far, brilliant stuff from both teams, THIS is what the last-16 is about, not what that excuse-for-a-game earlier 'thing' was.

BTW: It would be pretty funny if Mexico would go through to the quarter finals, and they will be facing the exact same teams they faced last year in the Confederations Cup


They would be facing Gemany, in the exact same order from last year. First it was Argentina, then Germany hahaha :rofl:
