Face it, the game is over. 3-0 was my prediction and I don't think Ghana will recover from the late first half goal by Adriano. But what an arrogant display by Brazil. Up until now I always had the feeling they could nodge it up a level or two, but I am not so sure anymore.

I feel awful for Ghana. There's no justice in soccer sometimes.

Nothing to do with the ref, it's the fourth officials, i.e. the linesmen at fault in this match.

FIFA absolutely must do something about video replays. Allow each coach to challenge one call each half and have the ref/linesman look at a monitor.

I wonder how much the commentators will talk about Adriano's lack of "fair play" after bashing Holland so much for not giving the ball back to Portugal. Diving to get a player red carded when already one up and, up to that point in the match, dominating.

Unlucky for Ghana, they deserved to be in a better position. I don't think they should be winning, but surely not 2-0 down. Especially to an offside goal.

Didn't they have some kind of technology that could detect offside?
Sensors or something....or was that to see if the ball crossed the goal line....

Almost all games seem to be heavily influenced by the referees. Yesterday the disgraceful penalty and today linesman was blind as a bat. This stuff makes the whole sport look stupid. Why can't they use video replays in questionable goals like in ice hockey?

I figure Brazil will score one more in second half maybe two.

Truely was an offsides but oh well thats football. If the line judge didn't see it he didn't see it. Unlucky for Ghana they need to finish their chances better in the second half if they are going to have an hope in this game.

It doesn't look good for them.

On the other hand if Spain beat France then we are going to see an awesome quarterfinal.

H*ll we are going to see an awesome quarterfinal either way Brazil-Spain....Brazil-France.

Bloody refs....they just killed the game for ghana there. Lucky brazilians...ghana have been playing much better football throughout the tournament than brazil including this match. This totally sucks!

that wasn't offside. Adriano was a ahead of the defense the whole time, from the moment the pass was made to the moment he received the pass.

Brazil always had troubles with Africans teams, and i'm not surprised. Like i said on the prediction, it was going to be with lots of pain and suffering, and at the moment that's what's happening. Dida pulled the biggest save from point-blank i've seen in my whole life, and we needed Lucio to get us a decent counter-attack play.

what the heck u talkin about man...it wasnt a bloody save. Dida knew sh*t about it

No justice? I think this makes up quite nicely for that penalty they got against us.

Brasil have three chances so far and score on two of them.

Ghana have many more chances and can't finish, :( it hurts.

The linesman was awful against Ghana in the 1st.

Oh, and has Ronaldinho done anything this tournament?

Right, they can't score for ****, their defense is a joke yet they deserve to win.

IMO thier defence only looks like **** because they keep trying to use that offisde trap that is not working well for them otherwise they do have a good midfield with a decent defence.

Well they have been playing one of the better football this WC, and if they can't defend for ****, have you seen them against America and Czech?

I wouldn't say they deserve to win, but they controlled the possesion in the first half, they just couldn't finish their chances.

Their defense is playing like your Germans did vs. Costa Rica in that they are playing a stupid offside trap.

I'd say this should be tied atm.

Yeah he was.

He was a step ahead of the defender the whole time.
