i know that Russia would have still be slaughtered, maybe by more goals. I am not going to say anything except that the Russians are very lazy and disheartened players. Portugal certainly deserved to score 7 goals. I just want them to play seriously. They have talent in their squad. They just need to get...well... a whole lot of things straightened out.

What's happening with Yartsev?

i agree. many talented teams just go through phases where they seem dead in the water. something is missing. maybe its the coach, maybe they just aren't motivated, who knows. but talent eventually finds a way to break out of a slump. this was a drubbing, however you look at it, and as i was rooting for russia i can only tell you how painful it was :(
