Hahahaha!!!

Yes, SHOWDOWN indeed.

I wonder whether Bradley will field his customary 4-2-2-2, or if he will try to catch the Berbadans off guard by employing a 4-1-2-1-2 formation. My sources indicate Barbados favor a 10-0-0 formation, so it's interesting to see how that will impact Bradley's decision for the starting eleven.

0-0-10.....fit perfectly like Lego pieces. I guess that the starting time has been "EURO2008 adjusted".

hehe you guys are funny, we all know that babados will most likely play the 9-0-1 with the lone guy who is fast as lighting but cannot control a ball beyond 5 feet...Regardless, this is a tough match to predict, I am going out on a wild guess here (Lord knows what an audacious prediction this one is) and say the US, etches out a difficult win

Possible, although playing 10 strikers may be disadvantegous, considering we don't have a single decent one.

I see you've studied the tactics employed by Caribbean teams.

If we don't beat these amateurs by at least five on Sunday, then it will be a mammoth failure. Seriously, we beat these guys by a combined score of 11:0 the last time we played them in WCQ. Nothing short of a comprehensive beatdown in the first leg will do, because we don't want to wait until the second leg to finish the tie off, since we'll be playing at a stadium that's been designed for cricket, and we all know how great those pitches are maintained (e.g. Grenada and Trinidad and Tobago in the 2006 qualifiers).

I believe that having examined recent empirical evidence, I am now able to predict the outcome of Sunday's game. See if you can observe some pattern as I list our three most recent games:

USA 0:2 England
USA 0:1 Spain
USA 0:0 Argentina

I can therefore postulate that the score of our first World Cup Qualifier will be as follows:

USA 0:-1 Barbados

That's a rather bold prediction dont you think? having considered all the facts and the two teams at stake I think a 0-4 scoreline would be more like it at least; and that is of course in favor of Barbados (H)

humm looks like my prediction was a wee-bit off...I wonder why? I really never saw this coming

*goes off into the corner scratching his head in disbelief*

I like to win, but how much is too much? It's one thing to beat them, but to break their spirits is another. They only have one pro.

I agree. After the 5th goal I wouldn't have celebrated. It's like being happy you punched an old granny!
