Great pics, specially the one with "IT" on it

It's hard to see the U.S loosing this one. So let's just add another win to our undefeated record.

Yea, this, and then either of them v Costa Rica are the big north american matches.

Costa Rica isn't part of North America....Honduras vs Costa Rica is "El Clasico" of Central America.

PS...To some point you could say that Costa Rica is part of the USA since they are protected and highly controlled by the US. Somewhat like Puerto Rico.

Central America is not a real continent, there's just South and North America and Costa Rica is part of North America.

ESPN is really going all out advertising this one. I'm excited. There's no way we lose, and honestly it really doesn't matter. We win/draw in the US, Mexico wins/draws in Mexico, and we both qualify every four years. No biggie.

I still hate Mexican'ts though. **** YOU PAUL!!!

20-man US roster:

GOALKEEPERS: Tim Howard, Brad Guzan

DEFENDERS: Oguchi Onyewu, Carlos Bocanegra, Frankie Hejduk, Heath Pearce, Shifty Califf, Jonathan Bornstein, Marvell Wynne

MIDFIELDERS: DaMarcus Beasley, Michael Bradley, Sacha Kljestan, Jose Francisco Torres, Ricardo Clark, Robbie Rogers

FORWARDS: Landon Donovan, Clint Dempsey, Brian Ching, Jozy Altidore, Charlie Davies

Two players will not make the 18-man roster for Wednesday. Probably Davies and Rogers, but it could also be Clark/Bornstein/Wynne. Likely starting XI:

-------------Howard-------------

-----Onyewu-------Bocanegra----
--Hejduk----------------Pearce--

--------Bradley----Kljestan-------
----Dempsey----------Beasley----

-------Donovan----Ching---------

If tied or trailing in the second half, we'll probably see Altidore. If we're leading, Torres/Clark and Califf will come in to secure the win.

N. America = Canada, EEUU, Mexico. FYI.

About the game, IMO, and proven with stats, the EEUU is way better than Mexico and should pretty much run over them, on paper! Mexico is lookin horrid and their previous 12 games against the EEUU is abysmal. I predict EEUU 3 Mexico 0

Pretty one sides, it looks like. I'm the first Mexican to post. Hmm...

I don't really expect anything, I think a draw would be a positive; of course a win would definitely raise eyebrows. But the way Mexico played in the qualifiers, I'm scared to predict anything.

For some reason I'm not too excited about this game. Hell, I might not even watch it. I'll be getting off work at around 7:30 central, so if I get lucky I'll catch the second half. Eh. Let's see how it goes.

I love how we schedule a game in early February to be played in Ohio. Little gamesmanship for you with that one. It's like 40 degrees and raining (H)
