To get uniforms w/ sponsors you'll need to patch the game. I would try to use the search function. As you can see people here don't have alot of patience.

What make you think I didn't search? And I read most of the recent threads and their responses. It seems everyone talking about WE7 patch or WE7I jap or PES3. I'm asking about editing the option file of the WE7I US PS2 for the boots and the official kits. I assume your answer for my question above is SEARCH. If you think it waste your time, I didn't ask you to read. If you want you can have the links I have for my search, all of them. I thought the forum is for help and asking for help.
PS: Thanks Ryan for your help, I agree with you about the impatient (see the latest threads are about).

You should maybe search first to see exactly what can be changed using just the option file as shoes and uniforms can only be changed by patching the AFS file. The option file will allow for you only to change what can be changed using the in-game editor which isn't very much. The WE7 option file has been converted for both the Internation USA and Jap version and the best place to get them are the Evo-Web forums (www.evo-web.co.uk) as they seem to specilize more in the modding of the PS2 games on there in the editing or download section.
The PES3 option file from PESFan (widely regarded as the best option file for the PS2 series of games) has been converted for WE7:I USA/Korea.
For uniforms and shoes you need to patch the AFS and burn a new copy of the game which will then need to be played on a modded (chipped or flip-top or slide card) PS2.

Now that's the Wolf I know. Thanks for the info. I've been searching both forums (this and Evo) without anyone saying about editing boots and kits using the option file. That's why I asked with the hope that there's way not to use patch. Now it's clear that I have to use the patch and afraid to ask
