we8i online mode with real team names = impossible??

i am using the wolf patch,

it is very bad that online mode would show those "north london" for arsenal.....etc

i have known that , to edit online mode showing real team names, need to edit the we8i.exe........

so anyone know how to??

i use the wolf 2005 patch + final update + ver x opt file

all master leaguemode, match mode, edit mode could show correct transfer, names , team names...

except the online mode, which lack of real names (but still have correct trassfer, stat, etc...)

em, yes!!!it ;s great,

but it is still having a problem, that is,

as i using the wolf 2005 patch,

which has edited the :

- Leeds United replace PES United.
- Fenerbahce replace WE United.

(and more??)

so, ur patch does not show such change ,right??

if so, could u make one that suit "the wolf 2005 patch " properly??

i now managed to handle hex edit those fake team names and stadium names inside the we8i.exe

now online mode with correct team names and stadium names, (according to wolf patch)

but i still have some problems:

i cannot find out how to edit the short team name of VfL Wolfsburg,
i found that , the short team name of this team always linked to the austria's short team name, i.e. AUT.... , the same hex address .
so, i could only have correct austria short team name, then the vfl wolf would have AUT as short team name too.......my god......

Did you use the patch or did it yourself with a hex editor ?

actaully, i use the ENERGIA

patch as a base,

first applied on the nocd cracked exe we8i,

then , i correct numbers of mistakes and changed some teams' short names according to self perferences,

also, as i use the wolf 2005, so, also hex edit:

-Leeds United replace PES United.
- Fenerbahce replace WE United.

then, also use hex to edit the stadium names according to the wolf's patch (ENERGIA ;s 0.9 already made real stadium names on the we8i.exe, so the only need change after using the is the Santiago Bernabeu(wolf opt) instead of Vodacom Park Stadium .


(actually, using save2para1.05 with the wolf final x opt file already able to apply the stadium names into the we8i.exe, no need hex edit by urself)



then , a proper we8i.exe would be ok, so , default etam names and staidum names etc would be permanent effect , online mode then ok.

plus that i adjusted the wolf's final x file with some better team short names

and finally use the save2para1.05 to generate a latest para_we8.bin (then import it to 0_text.afs) and apply effects on the we8i.exe by save2para.


now, really all things solved!~~~


(except VfL Wolfsburg short team name still be AUT, wolf opt is WOL)
