I have the slim PS2 and yes, I do get slowdowns on corner kicks in certain stadiums, however I use the wide cam # 1. The slowdown only occurs in stadiums like Old Trafford and Anfield (ie. stadiums that DO NOT have running tracks around them)

On a side note, has anyone used a max drive on a slim PS2???? I've heard that it does not read the Max Drive PS2 disk..I really want one so I can fix rosters and download the uni's, but I want to make sure it works first

I've only heard from people saying that max drive doesn't work with the new ps2. Might be best to try to get an x-port.
