I'm a Canuck CALVE the date should be some time in Feb and the version we get is the INTL so it will be called WE9I (international). Hope that helps I'm dying to pick it up too.

For some unknown reason it takes Konami 4-6 months to release the North American WE:International version after the PES version despite the only changes being a different box, a different title screen and a conversion to NTSC for the PS2/XBox versions.

The sooner dedicate all their resources to ONE multi-language version with a co-ordinated release schedule the better!

I disagree Tris, WE*:I is a patched version of PES. The we8:i had a lot less handballs and other enhancements IMO

Exactly what I'm thinking. THeres no way it takes that long to iron small bugs like that. EA, shovels out sequals faster than that.( Granted they suck arse )

honestly, if you are a PC gamer and you live in North America, you'd be stupid not to order PES5 from the UK. Not only will you get the game 6 months earlier, but you'll get it on one DVD! It boggles my mind why North America doesn't mass produce games on the DVD format yet.

I think with the games growing popularity things will start to change rather quickly. Just think, a few years ago nothing was licensed. I expect big things from WE10.

I expect people will always expect Konami to fix things in the next version. I expect to be dissapointed.
