what are the must downloads and where can i get them?

I just bought the game used for $15 so im wondering what all i need or must download, i intend to get the Stadiums but FIFAEcp seems to be down

so if ya would be kind enough to direct me to the needed places it would be appreciated

just wait for them to be up again and get the stadiums and also the stadium installer.

then of course all the raptors from socceraccess.com so you can install kits, flags, boots, cinematics, adboards and more.

league patches, the EPL patch @ breamster is huge and the biggest one till now I think (dont know if there are any other major patches out there yet)

so what's the hottest editor right now.. i havn't touched fifa 2004 yet. i kinda got fed up with fifa after 2003 but i'm on spring break now so i need to kill some time.

creation centre? or is there anything else?

No, the biggest patch is the Fifamania Italia superpatch.
It updates the serie A and B and some serie C teams.

oops sorry Jomi, didnt see much advertisement for that patch but know the fifamania guys im sure it is a very big and great patch too

and Method, ECP DB was is probbly the better editor but it doesnt work on win98/ME

the CC 2004 lets you add new third and GK kits for every team and import flags and chants.
