what causes change in numbers?

I don't understand what's going on with Creation Center. I added one player, and then I removed it, and everybody in the team have different numbers on their shirts, like Beclham is 10, Giggs is 7, van Nistelrooy is 9, and I don't know what to do, any ideas?
PLZ, help
