What comes after the .3dm??

Hello, i've made some stadiums and saved them in .3dm. How to connvert them to .o and after that how to import them with CM (i mean what what the hell is m716_156.o) and last question: how to import the textures? Plese help me. It will be much easier if you have skype or ICQ or something like that.
