What did you think of the U-21 matches today?

I got a chance to watch the Portugal vs. Israel and Belgium vs. Netherlands U-21 matches today. I was quite impressed with the Belgians. Their national team has been awful since 2002, but is this perhaps the beginning of a new era for them?
