what did your mom/dad say the first time you got home completely wasted?

so, what was it? I tend to get back partially drunk pretty often when I get out, though they don't usually notice it. one time though I was f*cking pissed, got home at 5:30 after repeated journeys from a mate's apartment to a birthday party and viceversa. finally, I arrived home just in the middle of a trip, with pretty big quantities of liquor involved earlier that night. my mom heard me as I was trying to open the door (no keys), woke up and let me in. first thing though, she looked at me and started laughing and at the moment I felt really ashamed, staring at the floorway to avoid her seeing my face. after that she asked me if I wanted something, told her I was thirsty so she took me to the kitchen and gave me some glasses of water. then she told me to stay still for a few minutes, while we smoked a couple of cigarettes and asked me what I had been drinking before leading me to my room. she didn't say nothing about it the following day though, and didn't even tell dad about it. guess I've got a cool mom. though I've lost my keys, half of the money I had with me and my zippo lighter that night.

Kidding.. That didn't work for me in the past as my little brother would always lock the door from the inside and keep the key inside the lock, making it impossible to insert a key from the other side.

Really only happened to me once and I was 23, but it was weird. I got home at 7 AM, still wasted (and I had driven home in a car they owned), and was walking around without a shirt because I don't usually sleep with a shirt on. Well that's all fine and good, except the girl I had just hooked up with scratched the **** out of my back and I had tons of visible scratches which my mom and step-dad still make fun of me for.

It happened at some house party in high school when I was 16 or 17. My mom got pretty pissed at me, but made me a soup and coffee to cure the hangover as I was getting lectured the next day.

Having learned from that, anytime I'm visibly drunk, I end up staying over at someone else' house.

The first time? I was hammered at home on my 18th birthday and SHE got home and saw me passed out on my bed with empty bottles of booze everywhere. A while later, I got up to take a dump and then puked right after, which was pretty funny even though I could barely open my eyes. She was disappointed, but I've been home hammered plenty times since with her still awake... I'm usually good enough to carry a short conversation with her so she doesn't think I drank that much.
