What do You Do?

when you first take over a club whats the first thing you do ? well for me i cancell all my freindlys,organise or my players then i organise new freindlys so wat bout u?

Firstly, I go on holiday for the 1st match. Win or lose, I copy the tactics/squad to mine, and that way I know I'm playing the players where they are meant to play.

Before hitting the continue game button I always:

Cancel all friendlies.

Sort out my squad (positions etc.)

Transfer list all the players I don't want.

Go to 'Player and Staff Search', sort by value starting with most expensive, and shortlist evry1 over £6m.

Bid on well known players depending on club funds. (eg, with Real Madrid I would bid on Totti, Ronaldo etc., with Chelsea Nesta, Ameobi etc.)

Bid on cheap/young stars (eg Chiotis, GOMEZ, Said, Niki etc.)

Bid for free players (eg, Kiko, Guardiola, West etc.)

Have a look at my fixture list and see what I'm up against + possibly arrange friendlies.

Look at my team then look where i need new players and make offers for them and if i remember i will cancel friendlys
