What Do You Use To Protect Your PC?

In regards to Internet browsing. I've been using a certain set-up for a while and its ok, but I'm still getting slowdowns.

Anit-Virus

Norton Anti-Virus 2004

Firewall

Zonealarm

Anti-Spyware

Ad-aware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Microsoft Anti-Spyware.

Any tips on beefing up my secuirty?

I use Kaspersky Anti Virus, Proxomitron (for anonymous surfing), MS Antispyware, Spybot S&D and Ad Aware... and Win XP SP2 firewall.....

i use AVG and Kerio PF. Sorted.

Norton is crap imo.

if your pc is connected in a local area network, suggest you use zone alarm

Zonelabs security Suite, not bad, but sometimes ****s up and won't let you recieve e-mails through mail programs

For Spyware I use Spybot, Adaware and Spyware Blaster.

Used to use Norton, but found it too memory heavyon my old PC. With 2 Gb RAM on my current PC, I could probably get away with it
