What does upgrading position coaches do and when and how does it do it?

no me neither... and iv had em at two stars wit no changes.... now they are three stars... still no changes .... : - / ... sux

upgrading position coaches does help your players improve, but not all the players. The older the player is, the less chance for improvement

Thats right....the older more skillful players do not upgrade very much, but the younger players still need to improve their skills, so you will only notice for mainly the young players...
