Though the weirdest way I have ever heard is this story of a movie where a guy sowed (sp?) a guys buttcheaks together and then forced him to eat until he full of sh!t that he died.
Now that is just plain evil.

Burned alive. The pain would just be so incredibly excruciating.
Having said that...being buried alive in a coffin sounds like a long and drawn out death. Nothing to look at - pitch black. Nothing to hear - you're 6 feet underground. No-one to speak to. No room to move about. No food. No water. Oh my god....

i'll go for the severe pain, i was going to die due to a huge kidney stone if i didnt get the operation, i was in so much pain it was unbareable
