What OS are u using?
Did u try to run any program?
Do u get that when windows start.
Have u upgraded all the drivers and windows files.
Have u used any 3rd party modification files?

Just download this file:
www.oldmp.com/forms/download/xp-sp2-fix.zip

Unzip it to c:\windows\system32 or wherever the file autoexec.nt is.The problem is that the file i mentioned is corrupted or infected with something or another...
Hope its working for you too cause i had the same problems few weeks ago.
