I change. Poached (or Benedict!), fried, soft boiled, even scrambled or hard boiled.

There is room for all in my diet.

Over easy means soft and flipped.

Nady an omelette is a great example of the whole being less than the sum of its parts.

I love eggs, cheese, bacon/ham, onion etc, but an omelette doesn't do them all justice.

It's like a cafe mocha, I love coffee and love chocolate, but together they take away from each other. Another example is coke with a spirit - ruins the coke, ruins the scotch/vodka/rum

It makes going out for breakfast such a chore. Guess I'll have Belgian Waffles AGAIN...

Not over here, Bacon & Sausage rolls for the win! :bob:

Yeah, I think you'd really struggle to find places in Australia that sell waffles for breakfast.

Sunny side up I think is what it's called. I dunno, fried egg, piece of bread, bacon, or in lieu of any of those, soy sauce.

scrambled with bacon or sausage

In Vegas I had this breakfast, scrambled eggs with mash potato and some wheat bread. I must say, the best scrambled egg combination I have ever had.

Don't care for sausage either, so I guess I'd be ****ed. Luckily I never eat breakfast anyway. Maybe corned beef hash?

Who doesn't have belgian waffles anyway? Those things are amazing.

Breakfast is a whole different concept in other countries from what I can gather from American socieites take on it. Not many shops sell Breakfast over here apart from McDonalds and you're generic coffee shop, even then it's the usual stuff like Bacon roll or Sausage roll.

Belgian Waffles are more of a desert over here, then again we're going the way of America so it'll only be a matter of time. You do see a lot of A class porkers in England these days.

Yeah, I mean we don't really have that many breakfast places either. Just diners usually. I was specifically thinking of Perkins, but I doubt those are in other countries. Maybe Denny's.
