You just won't admit your mistake. No one says "fast food" to mean anything other than fast food.

Yes, and I took it to mean fast food. Simple. You took it to mean from fast food chains, I took it to mean in fast food. Fried Eggs in fast food can be fine.

Most big chains do then terribly.

Point out my mistake that I'm meant to be admitting to? What will make you happy genius? I mean I'm just confused about what my mistake was? I've already pointed out I misinterpreted what he said. If I didn't, why would I have posted what I did? It makes no sense in any other context

I was in Singapore last week and was introduced to the world of late night Roti Prata.

My word, where has this stuff been all my life!

Over easy egg, runny yolk with a slice of toast to soak it up.

Yep, that's where it's at. Boiled, fried, or poached?

If fried, use a lid on the pan, so the slimey white over the yolk cooks. Or splash hot oil on top of it

I'm going to say its closer to fried. Crack the egg in a pan, let it cook a bit then take part of the white part and cover the yolk. Let it cook some more, then flip it.

Haha, in Malaysia it is called roti canai. Super delicious but quite unhealthy.

They sound very similar (the recipe I mean) to banana or coconut pancakes on Thailand. Except they're savoury instead of sweet
