i m using an ISP called i-cable. so i guess thats a cable connection.
it shares 100 Mbps with all the users in my building. (i m living in a building with 33 floors and 8 flats in each floor)

100Mbps=12.5MBps=12800KB/s thats share with many other users but sometimes the dl speed can reach to 1000+KB/s thats good. the ul speed is worse, it usually cant get over 200KB/s

there is another ISP in Hong Kong...i think thats the best one here. some of my friends use that one. they can download at 1200KB/s and upload at 1200KB/s at the same time while using BT!!! thatsa awesome!
