What kinda manager are YOU?

Hey, there!
Recently I read a thread by Kader, and he stated that all his CM life he's used the same tactic and it's worked. This leads me to ask, r u the kinda manager that makes the players adapt to your style of play? Or r u of the other sort, u adapt to what u have at your disposal in terms of playing personnel?

Its more the combination of both but mostly I make the players adapt to my tactic.. heh

I always used that tactic, with different players and so far it worked.

Lets say I have one star- left midfielder- and the rest of the team is crap. I wont make my tactic up to that one player

If I have a good defensive midfielder (which I think is the key in my tactic) but he wont do what I expect him to do, i will buy a new one

Well i use man utd, so i only buy players that are goign to adapt to my plan
