yeh gotta agree.... i have ur whole ADIDAS BALLS PACK which u made last year, and they all use a similar style and texture so no one can copy....

i guess there are many lamers out there... well, my advice to u is to don't care about such things, there are too many thiefs and cheats out there, and SGDC had been providing them with a stage to do so.

There has to be some action taken against these "patch pirates" as they are called. I know with Madden add-ons and that, which get copied (or pirated as they call it) they simply remove EVERY patch that this person has claimed to be made and ban them from the entire community, like forums, chat, downloading of all patches and submitting patches. What you guys think?

That seems a bit to drastic. Use the same system SG has in its forums: yellow card, red card, etc.

Something has to be done, because the most important of all is to protect the talented patch makers work.

I have to agree with Gareth.

Last year I suggested some kind of quality control board, including memebers of the top webpages in the FIFA scene, and the main puropse would be to stop this kind of piracy.

The fact is that I do believe that the only way is to apply world-wide bans for those who publish work from others. It is a complete lack of respect (and altough these are balls, all textures were developed from photos by me) for the hard work and effort of add-on makers... and it is one of the reasons I left working on the scene :\
