What will the specs be?

You may have seen this before, but does anyone know if the specs will increase dramatically.

ie.

600mhz
128mb ram
12gb memory
8 speed cd rom
16mb graphics - i think

Will these be enough?

although the new graphics look nice, I think that if you are able to play fifa 2002 you will be able to play fifa 2003 too  :)

Fifa 2003 needs a little more powerful machine than fifa 2002, and probably more graphics memory. Look at the textures from the screenshots.
Maybe u can run the game smoothly at 640x480 with all the eye candy on, but wouldn't it be nice if you run them at 1280x1024? :)

How about this one:

Will I need a PENTIUM III processor for FIFA 2003?

FIFA 2002 runs on my PENTIUM II, I'm hoping that I won't need a new computer.

erno_kivinen:

when you giving system specs, people will at least say the CPU, memory size, and graphics card. ;)

Pentium 3 but what is the mhz speed?

I have

256 mb RAM
1.8 GHZ processor
ge force 4

I am confident that it will run fine for me, or maybe I should get more memory???

ChrisA, it's more than enough! i bet you can even run FSAA 4x on fifa 2003 without slowing it down. :)

I've answered this before, and i thought i was right on the mark.

a 600 MHz Processor or higher
128 MB Ram Minimum/ 256 or higher for better performance
500mb + HDD Space, doubt any higher than 700mb
32x CD-Rom or Higher
32mb TNT2 M64 would be a minimum i think this year to run it, and that sorta card is ..... errr not good.

My advice for V/C's is a 64mb GeForce 2 or higher.

Remember i could be wrong, so dont blame me if am :)

My PC has trouble with FIFA2002! Im aiming to get a new one (P4 with G-Force card, in time for 2003!)

My current PC is;

Pentium 2 - 400 mhz
64 Meg RAM
Voodoo 3 -2000 Agp Graphics card
48x speed CD-Rom
16 bit Soundcard.

Should this be enough to do FIFA2003 justice?

Mike.

NO

NO, and I am dreading that mine won't be... by the way, 32 x cdrom players have bin invented...silly me!

I bought the pc 2 years ago, exactly, anyone got ideas to the cd rom speed for it? Thats my only doubt, if I can't have the cd I'll have to get an illegal version, which won't require a cd... I don't want to because though cos I don't want to rip them (ea) off!

Surely it's at least 40X... I think. I've bought my drive long time ago and it was 40X (CTX - a piece of crap)

More

PC WORLD has new cd drives for 16 x DVD ROM, and thats what I thought was the most. However that means the DVD playing speed, as mine is 8, while the cd rom speed is different...52, 48, and 32. So I think mine will be about 16 maybe? If anyone has the Pioneer DVD 114, could you tell me its speed. And if my cd drive wasn't good enough, what would happen, would the game run too slow, or would it simply say it can't run, cos with fifa 2002, the game dosen't need the cd once its loaded, you could take it out half way through a game.
