What would I need if I wanted to globally edit ages?

Would it be DB master, or is there another utility out there? I am wanting to edit the age of players 10 years forward or so. What options do I have.

Export the players table with DBM12 and open it in Excel. If you want to make all players 10 years older, use formulas to subtract ~3650 (number of days) from each date of birth.

Ok, great. Can I add new players also by exporting the database to excel?

***Edit nevermind - seems FIFA won't let players age that far, I received a "damaged file" prompt on my CM and squad file. No big deal though - it was a test.
