What's the best way to reduce expenses?

I hate having more expenses than I do money and I hate not being able to buy good players. How should I go about reducing my expenses? Should I get rid of a few useless players even if they dont get paid much?

My weekly stadium expenses are 50,000 USD. Is that normal or is it too high?

Also, is my stadium too big for USA Div 2.3? Or is it an ok size?

Capacity: 16750
Sitting: 5000
Terraces: 11500
VIP: 250
Buildings: Restaurant (2)
Hotdog stand (4)
Fast food (5)
Pub (3)
Souvenir shop (4)
Clinic (3)
Hotel (1)

I'm thinking about demolishing some stuff. But what stuff, if any, should I demolish?

Should I reduce my number of youths?

Please help me get out of debt. :( :(

As you can see, i'm pretty desperate. I've always been horrible at the financial aspect of this game. I really don't know what it is i'm doing wrong.

At first you should bring your stadium back to 7500 teraces, 2300 sittings and 200 VIP. Now you have way to much, it just cost you money for upkeep.

If you want to cut your expenses even more, you can consider sacking coaches. In my opinion they are quite useless, cause a player gaines a ball 1 week sooner max with coach.

If your youths are good and you are already training them for a while i wouldn't sack them.

what about youths? ...is it really worth it? some says its better to buy 18-19 year old talents, train them and finally sell or keep them. Then on the other hand its not that expensive with youths, i have 5.

I have 5 youths but only 2 of them are good enough to keep.

But if I reduce my number of youths I take the risk of having the good youths taken away since I can't choose which ones to get rid of.

But I'll follow your other advice, it sounds like a good plan.

I demolished everything you said and received 67,400 dollars which brings me to 163,073 dollars and out of debt. I'm also building the 18 hot dog stands and 6 more souvenir shops you suggested.

By the way, how many restaurants, fast food, pubs and hotels should I have?

You need at least 1 of every building because they give you income in your friendly games. Some build even more, but that is not a good plan in my opinion. They only make profit once in every two weeks so you can make much more money by investing in talented players. I saw you already builded more then one of each. I would keep them, because you don't receive much by demolishing them and every (even small) income is nice, isn't it ?
