What's the difference between PES3 and WE7Int PC version?

Hi buddies I wanna know what's the difference between PES3 and WE7Int. And most importantly, does WE7Int run faster or slower than PES on PC? Tell me your computer spec too. cuz you don't have to worry about all those speed things if you got a ideal computer.

WE7I (USA) is very similar to PES3 with better gameplay (fewer annoying handball calls). WE7I (Japan) apparently is completely upgraded with better gameplay and new animations.

As far as slow-downs go, WE7I is similar to PES3 with the 1.2 or 1.3 patch. You may encounter stuttering or slow-downs.

Athlon XP @2ghz
abit NF7-S motherboard
ATI Radeon 9800
512mb PC2700 DDR memory
Nvidia apu sound (onboard)

Even with this setup, WE7I stutters a bit. It may be improved with the official WE7I (PC) which isn't available until April 6th.

WE7I(the "I" stands for "International") is not Japan but USA. WE7 is Japan.

With all this confusion I'm susprised why Konami don't decide to just release it under one name...

WE7:International (Japan) - the best game ever
WE7:International (USA/rest of world) - just a port of PES3 with little bit improvements

on PC:
WE7:International (world) - 2 languages available: English & Spanish
WE7:International (Korea) - 2 languages available: English & Korean

both are just a port of PES3 with little bit improvements

WE7: International isn't for Japan, that's for the USA market. The japanese WE7 (without the "International") is released before PES3 (european market) and WE7:I (USA market) is released after PES3
Like this:

WE7 -------> PES3 -------> WE7:I

PES3 is an improvement and european version of WE7 and WE7:I is a slight improvement over PES3 but same rosters etc (just minor tweakes, kinda like a patch)

Your wrong, there are 2 versions of we7i, the japanese and the rest of the world version... the japenese one is only for ps2 and it has some new animations and all that stuff (it would be the newest WE so far), while the we7i for the rest of the world (USA, Korea, etc) is available on ps2 and PC and its a port of PES3 with some minor improvements...

Konami starts to do the same things as EA. They milk the cow. Why dont they just take the time and make one good version of WE/PES?? I now have the feeling they rush pes3 out to satisfy the customers and 1 week later they bring out a better version, I feel kinda ripped off when i know there is a better version of my game which i bought a few months ago.

KONAMI must stop this and give us what we deserve

WE7i PC (US) is basically PES3 PC with a few technical tweaks (the game does run smoother for me). Why should they bother transferring WE7i PS2 (jap) for the PC when all they could do was just change the name of PES3 PC and release it in the US & Korea?

for gawds sake, rmember this is their first attempt at porting PEs\WE7 games, PES3 will have been being converted before WE7IJ was finished, they then released 2 patche to try and fix problems and then before releasing WE7I PC in the rest of the world it seems they tried to sort some more problems (not what I'd call lazy) and it might be that they are trying to get more in to WE7I PC as it hasn't been released in the US yet (despite lots of warez versions)
