It's Grid Pattern or do u mean the man untied logo which looks transperant coz thats Opacity

there's no location for it, you have to custom make and save the pattern. I'm not going to bother typing out how to do it since there are litterally hundreds of grid tutorials for PS on the internet, just go and search for it..
