So konami have a shooting system where you don't even control the power of the shot and even height, which makes it a crap shooting system. every other game i have played i have control of the power from sensi to kick off and fifa yet konami have a random power, height shooting system. The positon should affect the chance of you getting a clean hit, it should not affect the power. If go up to a ball and tap it the ball will not go half way across the pitch at maximum power, this is just lazy programming from konami.
In the bid to make a challenging game,konami made grave childlike errors in the shootn system! Of late i simply cant tell how and when i'll score yet am pretty good. Try holdng the shot button up to halfway outside the box and u'll get an accurate shot on goal,try that 2yards from the goal and you'l send the ball into orbit! The game is so inconsistent that u might as well be playing roulette!?
Pes is ridiculously challenging,fifa is ridiculously simple! What a year in the soccer gaming world. I think its joint conspiracy by both ea and konami to drive us to reading novels,eating our fingernails,watchng our hair grow and a million other activities we could do instead of playing their TRASH!
PES used to be good.

Scoring in PES6 is too easy it's annoying. Sometimes, I try -on purpose- not to score from a certain way that I know will work.
What the game needs is new animations for everything, and new BODY (not ball) physics.
I hope next year, Konami tries to solve this "easy scoring" thing in a LEGITAMITE method.... unlike it did with pes5.
Maybe improve CPU tackling.
Improve the CPU man marking.
Improve Goal Keeper positioning (the far angle is almost always empty) <--- there's your tip
Solving it illegitamitly would be by slowing down the game, more fouls, inaccurate shooting and stupid forward player movements. THAT, I don't want to see.
Take the hard road and not the shortcut. But so far, PES6 is the best, most enjoyable PES game.

The shootin from close range is weird...though using r2 helps but it seems a bit random tbh...though as The_Knight said its a bit easy...some practice is needed before anyone can say that 
...imo, the game feels too 'light' and some of the 'heaviness' from PES 5 is gone...the volleys dont 'feel' the same (:/)
