WE10 (Japan) is out since April this year I believe. PES6 is released from jail on October 27th on all platforms.

The "official" version of PES for the Americas is PESX International which usually doesn't hit our shelves until Mid winter. So your best bet is to hitch onto the European launch which will begin around October 27th (plus or minus three/four days depending where you are, who/where you're getting it from, and what kind of connections you have.)
