When players get injured?

Hello there

I was wondering if there was any way of getting a medical team onto FIFA if a player is injured? I would truly love this as it would add much more realism to the injuries, thanks in advance

Hahaha, that would be great. I remember that in a very old version there were cinematics that actually showed the medical team getting onto the field and applying first aids to the player. Something that doesnt happen anymore and that really sucks. So many good cinematics have got lost with newer versions of fifa and thats a shame.

just would like to know, what is the maximum number of injured player in a game?
I have made several test and it seems that the number is only 3....anyone can verify it?
