Another problem with the Netherlands rights are some of the players that are missing from the game....Frank de Boer isnt in the game because he was punished due to a doping judge....But the missing rights for the Netherlands could be the reason to why Ronald de Boer isnt in the game!

It's not because of the doping. It's because they don't want to be in the game.
Yes, I did know that the De Boers were at Rangers, but I searched there and there may have been a bug and placed them in another team or teams...that's why I asked and plus I did search this forum and couldn't find anything about them.

Nothing wrong with asking Pete but u could've searched the forum cos this same topic has been brought up a few times.
The licensing issue always comes which is why I expressed ,my opinion that I was waiting for an enquiry about Djorkaeff.
He has been out of the game since FIFA 2001 I believe.

I don't want to rub anyone the wrong way, but here's my two cents:
If you know the answer to something and would like to share it, please do so.
If you don't know or don't care to answer, just ignore it and move on to the next thread. Some people choose to get sarcastic and shoot others down, and that's not cool. Somethings may have been asked in the past, true, but some of us are new here, and at times searches can be a little too generic with a lot of results, so it becomes a bit of a chore. I agree we should make a reasonable effort to find out if a question was asked earlier- don't get me wrong.
Bottomline, I just want us all to be friendly and courteous. This forum is here so FIFA 2004 supporters / fans / owners can ask questions, share concerns etc about the game, so as long as someone is not breaking a cardinal rule (talking about warez, piracy, or being generally disrespectful) or talking about something irrelevant (like NBA Live 2004), I think they're alright.
If the forum administrator / moderator feels something I've said above is incorrect, please advise me accordingly and I will stand corrected.
