Where Are Tournaments and Career Mode Files Located?

I had a problem with my fifa and reinstalled my game but i backup 0 folder where the tournaments and career mode files are located but i don't know where is exactly the files because the 0 folder has a lot of folders inside it. Now i want to recover my saves but i don't know which fold i have to replace. Someone can help me with it? Thank you in advance
