where can I find a programs thats like O Edit to edit head models and balls

i want to know about another program like O Edit so I can edit head models of players and ballscuz o edit is not compatible with my windows vista so anyone that knows of a programs same as O Edit.

O file workers, or at least this one lets u transform o files intos 3ds files.
but could someone reupload ofileworkers 3 because the zip file from the official web come with an error or at least for me
