Just download the FIFA FX league patches and take them apart, if that's what you want, rather silly thing to do tho, IMO.

where can i find downloads for leagues that are NOT for FIFAFX

What's wrong with FifaFX? It is almost impossible to create a GOOD patch without FifaFX. Asking for a league patch not using FifaFX is the same mistake like if you wanted to buy a car without the engine ;)

OK maybe your right
but you see, the problem i have with FIFAFX is that it installs things like backgrounds and other stuff and i just wanted to avoid that

If you don't like part of a particular patch, just remove the files from the patch, so that the FIFA FX script wont see them. e.g. if you don't like to install a particular kit, just delete the kit (e.g. jh00001.fsh)

Champions league patch

There is a Champions League patch in (I think) www.socceraccess.com or some other website. If you don't find it in socceraccess, then look for it in other websites. I haven't downloaded the patch, so don't know if it is good. I think it's without FIFA fx.

All the FIFA FX patches install to the FIFA FX folder. So go there, and view each component of the patch using EA Graph, and if you like it, keep it, if you don't delete it. It's like I usually delete kits that come with FIFA FX patches, because I prefer the 32 bits kits from Jerseyland.;)
