I think the world cups been cracking. Very few poor games. I think your kind of missing the point. The beautiful game doesn't just mean fancy tricks. Its about playing it properly and with skill (such as shooting, creative build up etc).

You can see it three times a day, between both halves of any game on TV .

WC has been very nice so far; lots of interesting, hard-fought games. There is more to the game than the tricks - even though the absolute lack of them on Brazil-Croatia is a bad sign for us.

meh the Euro always has far far better quality of football, at least in the group stage.

I don't think it's a bad sign. Usually a team won't start doing the tricks until they have a lead since tricks are more often than not less effective than just playing a one-two or something. If Brazil had lost it would be a bad sign.

Oh, and everything above doesn't count for Ronaldinho, he does his tricks so effortlessly that he's probably better when he's doing them.
