where is the locale.ini file located?

just wondering, where is the locale.ini file located? i have been trying to look for it, but can't find it.

There is no locale.ini file originally in fifa.You just have to copy that locale.ini file for better graphics performance into the fifa main folder.

The supplied LOCALE.INI can be found in the CONFIG.DAT file in the FIFA 07 directory in Program Files. You'll need a suitable tool to extract it from the wrapper (I use File Master, but I believe there are others) but you don't need to put it back into CONFIG.DAT because the game tries to read all INI files from the same directory that CONFIG.DAT resides in, and if it doesn't find them there it then checks the FIFA 07 directory in the user's My Documents. The easy way to supply additional parameters to the game is to create a USER.INI in the latter location, but each to their own.
