Dude, follow the following steps:-

1. Right click on desktop and go to properties
2. Click on settings above & then select advance
3. Now click on adapter & there u 've it.
4. The name of ur graphics card & adapter size 'll be displayed.

OR

Go to device manager & click on "Display adapter".

Isn't SIS onboard? If so, try picking up a graphics card (not onboard) if you want to do some serious gaming
