to complain about their services!!!!!
I keep calling my local EA number(Singapore) for 1 WHOLE WEEK already!!! Yet...out of so many times I called...only 1 of calls were picked up!!!
And I asked them about the Game Time Card.....the person just reply.... "give me your contact number and your name..I will call you back later"...... WTF!!!! After 1 whole week I didn't even recieveing a farking call from that guy!!!!
and now I keep on calling back again.... it rings for very long then it will say "record your message after the tone"...... I want to talk personally with the EA person!! NOT a Recorder!!! Even if I record the message...do you guys think they will call you back?? when the person in the 1st place picked up my call and said will call back but didn't even call me back!!!
Anyone out there know which e-mail address can I send a complain letter to??? Thanks!
