For me it's a tie between PES3 and ISS98. ISS98 is pretty dated but it has alot of the little touches that PES3 lacks, such as the ref being on the pitch, animations for the players setting up for a free kick (when is a game going to have quick free kicks?) some sideline people/players when you make subs, computer changes it's formation, and other little things like the lightining fast announcer (the delayed announcer is PES3 makes it feel fake) and better chants.
I have it, an absolute classic.Superstar soccer on the snes.
