Which patch - 1.1 or 1.3?

I just got PES3 and want to know, should I patch my game? What do these official patches fix? And if so, should I use 1.1 or 1.3 (sounds obvious really but I'm sure I read once that 1.3 removes crowd sounds - is this true?)

So would you people recommend I patch or just leave it at plain old 1.0?

Depending on your graphics card, the patches may make the gameplay worse or better.

i tried both patches, but went back to 1.0, because with either patch, the gameplay becomes jerky on my machine. With 1.0 - it's nice and smooth.
