I think you should be able to win the league within 5 seasons. It isn't that hard.

Reaching UEFA Cup after 2 seasons should be achievable though

Let's just start a game, and see where we end after 3 seasons.

The game is quite a bit more hard for 01/02 participants, as you start with a £6.5M deficit. In 03/04 you start with £2.7M, positive that is.
