Whjat is COM: Retired Players Yes???

When starting Master league mode, there is an option:
"COM: Retired Players Yes"

What does that mean, does that mean players retire or does that mean AI can sign retired players like Beckenbauer from Genuine Germany.

Yea you got it. It's the option to let the computer sign classic players, and players that you unlocked from the WE-SHOP.
