Who has the Best?

Cheers all. I am making this post because I just bought WE9 pc version (US) and I was wondering who has the best Option Files to download and where can I get them from. From what I have noticed is now there is an option file for off line and on line games. Could someone please tell me what is there fav Offline and Online Option Files. I have found three so far but have not put them into the game yet...

1. WE9I PC "The Wolfs" (not sure what is in this option file)

2. Watson V3.0 Option File: World Cup Fever!

(For online gaming)

What I am looking for is an option file that I can play off and on line games with. So could someone please post there fav and I can get an all around Option File that I am happy to use.

I don't play online but I use Watson's option file and it's great. Do a search for Watson's file at the EVO forums : http://forum.evo-web.co.uk/index.php
You'll find his and many others over there.
